Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.<\/p>\n

We currently ship within the European Union<\/strong> from our trusted logistics partner\u2019s warehouse in Slovakia.

5. Returns & Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We want you to love your purchase. If you\u2019re not fully satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days<\/strong> after we receive and inspect your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.<\/p>\n

Once the issue is verified, we\u2019ll issue a replacement or refund<\/strong> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

All cosmetic and wellness items sold by Everlune Beauty are compliant with EU cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
