Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship from?

All Everlune orders are shipped directly from our European warehouse for fast and reliable delivery.
We currently deliver within the EU, with an average delivery time of 3–7 business days depending on location.

We offer flat-rate shipping of 9.90€ on all orders below 60€, and free shipping for orders over 60€.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via tracked delivery.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

At the moment, Everlune ships only within the European Union.
We plan to expand to additional countries soon.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@everlunebeauty.com with your order number.
We’ll check the status of your shipment and make sure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Yes — if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, simply contact us at info@everlunebeauty.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using tracked delivery for all returns.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send us your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
