Everlune Beauty is a brand based in Helsinki, Finland.
We partner with carefully selected European suppliers to deliver high-quality wellness and beauty products to our customers.
All products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

Orders can be placed directly through our online store at everlunebeauty.com.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT in accordance with EU consumer law.
We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways for your safety.
We currently ship within the European Union from our trusted logistics partner’s warehouse in Slovakia.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact info@everlunebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days after we receive and inspect your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Hygiene notice:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetic products, unless the item is defective.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 working days (72 hours) of delivery.
Include your order number, product name, and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
All cosmetic and wellness items sold by Everlune Beauty are compliant with EU cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product for the first time.
Please note: slight variations in color or texture may occur due to natural ingredients and artisan production processes.
Everlune Beauty shall not be held responsible for:
Delays or disruptions caused by external delivery partners.
Minor variations in product color, scent, or texture.
Misuse of products not in accordance with provided instructions.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the item in question.
